Corvina, Rondinella, Merlot.
Very versatile, excellent with first dishes and fresh cheese.
Color: intense, deep ruby red. Nose: very fruity and rich with cherry notes. Flavor: medium body taste, spicy and smooth.
A part of the grapes are partially dried for 1 month prior to pressing, and then aged for 6 months in Slavonian oak casks.
